Shipping Policy

At Razi Ayurveda, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing:

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation and successful payment.

Delivery:

Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges:

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

Order Tracking:

Tracking information will be provided where available.

Incorrect Address:

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.
